This course introduces key tools used in the workshop: Time Clocking, the Technician App, and the Vehicle Health Check. You’ll learn how to record time, manage orders, and perform inspections through videos, walkthroughs, and hands-on exercises.
By the end, you'll be ready to configure these tools confidently according to your customer's business operations.
Objectives
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

Understand the purpose and workflow of Time Clocking and accurately record work time using the terminal or Technician App

Navigate and use the Technician App to manage service orders and perform key workshop tasks

Conduct a Vehicle Health Check using checklist items, document findings, and initiate additional jobs if needed

Communicate inspection results and job recommendations to customers
