This course provides a comprehensive overview of advanced service order management within the VSS system. Learners will explore Split Management, understanding how to create and manage multiple jobs within a single service order, define customer-specific splits, and configure fast splits for internal or warranty scenarios.
Additionally, the course covers Additional Job Management, allowing users to handle complex service orders with multiple tasks and assignments efficiently.
Finally, learners will master the Task Center, a back-office tool for monitoring service orders, executing actions, managing priorities, reviewing attachments, and streamlining customer communication. Through practical examples and guided exercises, participants will gain the skills needed to optimize service operations and ensure accurate order processing.
