This course provides a comprehensive overview of payment and delivery processes in Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS). Participants will learn how to manage key financial and logistical activities, including creating invoices, processing proforma invoices, handling customer payments via the Digital Payment Framework and Cash Desk, issuing credit memos, and managing returns.
The course combines practical guidance with process overviews to help learners handle daily operational tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate billing, smooth payment collection, and proper goods movement handling within the VSS environment.
